Where to find it: The Motown Museum is about five miles from downtown Detroit at 2648 W. Grand Blvd., Detroit, Mich. 48208. Call (313) 875-2264.
Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, 2 to 5 p.m. Or by appointment. Admission is $3 for adults, $2 for children under 12.
Tours: Although the museum is undergoing a major expansion, tours are being conducted as usual.
Parking: Available on the street and in an adjacent parking lot.
