A Bald Attempt: Some parents will do anything to make their kids happy. When a Wisconsin woman learned a radio station would give free New Kids on the Block tickets to parents who would do the craziest things, she had her head shaved. She won two backstage passes, four tickets and a limousine ride to the Nov. 11 concert in Milwaukee for her 12-year-old daughter.
