Caltech Picks Director for Affirmative Action

Eduardo Grado has been appointed to the newly established position of director of student affirmative action programs at Caltech.
He will be in charge of programs dealing with minority student recruitment and retention. Grado was previously associate director of admissions and coordinator of minority admissions at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
