Gubernatorial Candidates Debate Issues

Your Gubernatorial Face-Off series (Commentary page) is a great idea. Now if only you could get the candidates to answer the question. I read the “If forced to raise taxes, this is what I would do” column (Oct. 1) twice and still couldn’t figure out where they stood on the issue. And they wonder why nobody votes anymore.
