A collision downtown between a car and a San Diego Trolley Tuesday left the driver of the car with minor injuries, police said.
Mark Steven, 19, was eastbound on E Street at 4:50 p.m. when he ran a red light and collided with a trolley southbound on 12th Avenue, police said.
There were no injuries aboard the trolley, police said.
