SOUTHLAND ROUNDUP : Northridge Extends Win Streak, 24-13

Albert Fann rushed for 181 yards in 32 carries and scored three first-half touchdowns Saturday night to lead Cal State Northridge to a 24-13 victory over Cal State Sacramento in a Western Football Conference game at Northridge.
It was a school-record sixth consecutive victory for the Matadors, 6-1 overall and 3-0 in the WFC, who are ranked 13th in Division II.
Sacramento fell to 3-5 and 1-3.
Cal Poly San Luis Obispo 29, Santa Clara 0--David Lafferty passed for 231 yards and two touchdowns, and the Mustangs (6-1, 2-1) held the Broncos (5-3, 1-2) to 99 total yards in a WFC game at Santa Clara.
Occidental 38, Pomona-Pitzer 11--Craig Hartley rushed for 132 yards and two touchdowns and Brian Madlangbayan added 106 yards and two touchdowns as the Tigers (3-2, 3-0) beat the Sagehens (3-1, 2-1) in a Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference game at Eagle Rock.
Redlands 46, Claremont-Mudd 10--Curt Landreth rushed for a career-high 217 yards and scored four touchdowns as the Bulldogs (5-1, 3-0) beat the Stags (1-5, 1-2) in a SCIAC game at Redlands.
La Verne 21, Cal Lutheran 14--Jeff Paschal completed 11 of 27 passes for 184 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Leopards (2-4) over the Kingsmen (1-6) in a nonconference game at Thousand Oaks.
Azusa Pacific 27, Menlo 0--Brian Hunt completed 27 of 55 passes for 338 yards and connected with Dan Jensen on touchdown pass plays of 34 and five yards as the Cougars (5-1) beat Menlo (5-2) in a nonconference game at Azusa.
