McGrath Named Municipal Judge

SACRAMENTO — New Municipal Court judges in San Diego and Orange counties were appointed Tuesday by Gov. George Deukmejian.
Municipal Court Commissioner William J. McGrath Jr. was named to the San Diego County Municipal Court. He will replace retired Judge J. William Beard.
