Honor Student Charged With Stabbing Teacher

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. — Police charged a 16-year-old honor student with attempted homicide after he allegedly stabbed his physics teacher with a kitchen knife in an argument over a test grade. David Pologruto, 41, a teacher at Taravella High School, was listed as stable at a medical center after the assault Tuesday.
