Authorities are investigating the death of a 33-year-old man whose body was found on a beach south of La Jolla Shores.
The swimsuit-clad body of Andrew Cecil Hougie, who lived with his parents in La Jolla, was discovered at 1:45 p.m. Sunday by walkers in the 1800 block of Spindrift Drive, police said.
