Fatal Halloween Attack Leads to Arrest of 5

NEW YORK — Five people were arrested Sunday in connection with a bloody rampage against a group of homeless people that left one man dead and nine others injured on Halloween night. Witnesses said that the masked attackers, armed with knives and bats, shouted “Trick or treat!” as they began beating the victims. Four of the five suspects have been charged with murder.
