Road to Fillmore to Close at Intervals

The only road between Moorpark and Fillmore will be closed periodically over two weeks starting today.
A four-mile stretch of Grimes Canyon Road between Guiberson Road and Shekell Road will be closed for pavement repair, Caltrans engineer Jim Renshaw said. The $1.5-million project replacement of three bridges.
Traffic will be subject to delays of up to 90 minutes between 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The nearest alternate is Balcom Canyon Road.
