As Live as They Wanna Be: Recently acquitted of obscenity charges, the rap group 2 Live Crew will perform an exclusive Los Angeles engagement tonight at the downtown nightclub Vertigo. The group will also perform in Orange County on Friday at the Celebrity Theater in Anaheim. At the Vertigo performances there will be a booth sponsored by Censor Censorship and Artists for Free Press, protesting arts-related obscenity arrests.
