4 Victims Named in Car, Copter Crashes

Authorities released the names Saturday of three people who died in separate car accidents on Wednesday and Friday, and the apparent identity of a pilot who died Friday in a helicopter crash near Simi Valley.
A Simi Valley woman who died in a head-on collision Friday on California 118 was identified as Crystal Krin Kluth.
The coroner’s office also identified Jamie Ordaz, 21, of Oxnard as the bicyclist who died Wednesday in a head-on collision with a car. The CHP identified the victim in a rollover crash Friday on Pacific Coast Highway as Angel Casarubias of Pacoima.
The helicopter pilot was tentatively identified as Morikazu Yoshiyama, a native of Japan.
