** 1/2 George LaMond, “Bad of the Heart,” Ligosa/Columbia. LaMond is the male equivalent of Latin-spiced dance-music outfits like the Cover Girls, Sweet Sensation and Brenda Starr. The Bronx-bred Puerto Rican tenor has a beautiful tenor and an approach that is similarly soft, sweet and sentimental.
