Finns Agree to Extradite Aeroflot Hijack Suspect

HELSINKI, Finland — Finland said Friday it would extradite to the Soviet Union a Russian who hijacked an Aeroflot jet to Helsinki in October.
Neutral Finland has already returned two other Soviet hijackers to the Soviet Union this year.
