Australian Investor Indicted: Australian businessman Alan Bond has been charged under the Securities Industry Code as a result of investigations into the collapse of financiers Rothwells Ltd., police in Perth, Australia, said. A police spokesman said Bond was charged with one count of inducing another to deal in securities and was put on $75,000 bail to appear in Perth Central court Friday. A spokeswoman for Bond’s private company, Dallhold Investments, said he would probably make a statement later today.
