MOORPARK : Body of Man Hit by Train Identified

A man killed in a train accident Sunday night has been identified by the Ventura County coroner’s office as a 19-year-old Moorpark resident, officials said.
Hugo Vargas, who is survived by parents living in Mexico, was identified by friends Wednesday morning, Deputy Coroner Zelmira Isaac said.
Vargas apparently was wearing a radio headset when the accident occurred. His body was found next to the northbound tracks in Moorpark near High Street, authorities said.
