Pride on the Homefront

As I sat in my office this afternoon, I happened to gaze next door at a Chatsworth firm called Datametrics. This company is lucky enough to have a flagpole and always flies the American flag.
The weather is turning bad and the flag is being taken down. One man is doing it, another appears and offers to help. I noticed the care with which they folded it and took it away. It made me feel good.
I thought of our service people away from home and the stress their loved ones must be enduring. I thought of our flag and it made me feel good.
