Sneaks: The Letters
Sneaks was informative, as always. We enjoy reading of the stars, directors, producers, supporting cast and distributors whose work we’ll have the chance to appreciate in the months ahead. But when, oh when, will The Times change its policy of omitting the creative element that is most often the source of such work?
As writers of one of the films listed, it pains us to see the contribution by us and our screenwriter comrades so ignored. At the core of every movie, from the loudest action picture to the simplest romantic comedy, is the screenplay. Let’s start giving some credit where it’s due.
