Phosphorus Spill Forces Partial Interstate Closure

ENON, Ohio — Authorities closed part of Interstate 70 in western Ohio on Wednesday after a truck carrying a hazardous chemical spilled part of its load. Authorities said about 3,500 pounds of granulated phosphorus had spilled.
