Midway Halts Payments: Midway Airlines, reporting an $86-million loss for the last three months of 1990, said it halted loan and lease payments until May so it could work out its finances with its creditors. Analysts predicted that Chicago-based Midway would seek bankruptcy protection if its creditors did not go along.
