Mattel, Disney to Team Up: The El Segundo toy company announced a licensing agreement with Burbank-based Walt Disney Co. to produce and market a line of toys based on characters from Disney animated films. The agreement calls for the 1991 introduction of fashion dolls and toys based on two Disney animated film classics, “Cinderella” and “101 Dalmatians,” as well as “Beauty and the Beast,” a new animated film from Disney for this coming Christmas.
