NavCom to Close Facility in Westlake Village

NavCom Defense Electronics Inc. said it will close its Westlake Village facility by March 31 and transfer the facility’s operations to NavCom headquarters in El Monte. The move may result in an unknown number of layoffs, said Margaret Huebner, NavCom vice president of human resources. The Westlake Village facility now employs about 30 people.
