The COST OF LIVING in Iraqi-occupied Kuwait has skyrocketed, refugees arriving in Ruweished, Jordan, reported. A gallon of gasoline now sells for as much as $120 at the official currency exchange rate and a 110-pound bag of flour costs about $3,000 at that rate, some said. One man said a box of 30 eggs cost about $120 at the official rate after being shipped from the war-torn city of Basra, where the price was $27.
