Conrad on Friendly Fire
Conrad’s glib depiction of the graves of our servicemen in order to draw his so-called cartoon demonstrates only the insensitive depths to which he will sink in order to give vent to his political points of view. Truly he is the Saddam Hussein of political cartoonists--nothing is beyond him; he knows no decency. What must the families of these servicemen think when they see their deaths deprived of significance?
