Douglas Dodges Press: Actor Kirk Douglas eluded a battery of reporters at 10:30 a.m. Monday as he left Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where he has been under treatment for injuries suffered when the helicopter he was in collided with a stunt plane. Douglas, 74, left the hospital, avoiding six TV camera crews set up in the downstairs lobby. “He was released in good condition,” said hospital spokesman Ron Wise. “He is fine and has mended very well.”
