Armed Fugitive Arrested as Suspect in 9 Killings

NEW YORK — A man wanted in the killings of three police officers and four other men in the Caribbean has been arrested and charged with two recent slayings in Brooklyn, police said Monday.
Adam Jorge Beniquez, 22, had a 9-milimeter pistol with a 30-round magazine when police arrested him Saturday night, officers said.
