Robert Morris won’t appeal a judge’s decision that upheld the NCAA’s ban on the Colonials appearing in postseason tournaments, according to college President Edward Nicholson.
A judge ruled last week that Robert Morris didn’t show its penalties were significantly harsher than those imposed on programs at Missouri and Illinois.
