UCLA has announced that it will refund the fees of students who had to interrupt their studies to serve in the Gulf War.
The policy, retroactive to the beginning of the fall semester, provides full refunds to students who have been involuntarily called to active duty.
To receive the refund, students must file with the university the appropriate withdrawal or leave of absence forms and a copy of the military orders.
