FULLERTON : Panel to Consider Recycling Proposals
- Share via
A meeting of the Fullerton Energy Resource Management subcommittee to review proposals for a citywide waste-reduction and recycling plan will be held Thursday after having been postponed from last Thursday.
In addition, a public workshop scheduled for Monday has been postponed until May 29. The meetings were rescheduled because the state extended its deadline for cities to complete their waste-reduction and recycling plans.
The May 29 workshop is scheduled to start at 6 p.m. in the City Council conference room at Fullerton City Hall, 303 W. Commonwealth Ave. Two additional meetings have been added on April 18 and May 9.
The workshop will gather residents’ opinions of recycling programs under consideration. The information will be sent to the Energy Resource Management Committee for consideration at its June 19 meeting.
