TOP HONORS: Cal State Fullerton basketball player Genia Miller’s best sport in high school was track. In fact, when she played college hoops as a freshman, she thought she was so bad she wanted to quit. . . . Now a senior, she’s about to be named a Kodak All-American (C1), the school’s first in women’s basketball since Nancy Dunkle in the 1970s. Miller says when you’re All-American, “children look up to you as a hero.”
