Two Times Fairs Offer Advice to Small Investors
- Share via
Real estate can be a lucrative field for savvy small, and not-so-small, investors. But it can also be a minefield for the unwary.
Get expert advice on how to begin investing in real estate; managing property, and foreclosure and fixer-upper opportunities at special investor workshops at the second annual Times’ Home Buyers and Sellers Fairs. Speakers will include Robert J. Bruss, Danny Santucci and Jack Fullerton.
The consumer-oriented fairs will be held Saturday, April 20, at the Anaheim Convention Center in Orange County and Saturday, May 4, at the Shrine Exposition Hall in Los Angeles. The hours are 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Besides the investing workshops, panel discussions at both fairs will feature real estate industry experts providing up-to-the-minute guidance on buying and selling in today’s housing market.
More than 50 exhibitors--including many of the Southland’s largest home builders, realtors and mortgage lenders, as well as state and federal agencies--will be on hand to answer your questions on all aspects of home buying, selling, financing and taxes.
