FIDELITY: Kitty Kelley’s sizzling new biography of Nancy Reagan (A3) mentions several Orange Countians, none badly. GOP strategist Ken Khachigian of San Clemente flies to Washington to write the final draft of a Ronald Reagan State of the Union speech. Presidential aide Dana Rohrabacher, now a congressman representing a portion of Orange County, meets with the President, who asks him if he’s married. “I said I was,” Rohrabacher replies, as quoted by Kelley. Reagan then says: “Then let me give you just this advice, if nothing else: If you want to be a happy man, just don’t ever cheat on your wife.”
