* California Beach Restaurants Inc., Pacific Palisades, has elected Robert W. Schulz as president and chief operating officer. He replaces Richard S. Stevens, who resigned in February to pursue other interests. Schulz previously was president of Cushman Equities Corp. and general partner in two partnerships that own stock in California Beach, owner of Gladstone’s 4 Fish and R. J.’s the Rib Joint. He is also a director of California Beach Restaurants.
