New Board Member at Irvine’s I-Flow

Joel S. Kanter has been elected to the board of directors of I-Flow Corp., an Irvine manufacturer of a drug-infusion system.
Kanter is president of Windy City Inc., an investment management and advisory firm. He is also a consultant to Walnut Capital Corp., a major shareholder in I-Flow.
Previously, Kanter was managing director of the Investors’ Washington Service, an investment advisory company.
