Your March 28 paper carried a story stating that the California Supreme Court will hear the challenge of our legislators to the vote of the people (Prop. 140) to limit their terms of office.
What has happened to “of the people, by the people and for the people”?
The legislators do not wish to relinquish their jobs and their power. In other countries rulers call out their police and soldiers to subdue the populace and remain in power. What is happening to freedom in America?
