USAir Group: The Arlington, Va.-based airline reported a net loss of $168.7 million for the first quarter on revenue of $1.6 billion. This compares to a net loss of $38 million on revenue of $1.5 billion for the first quarter of 1990. The company said the loss reflected “adverse industry conditions.”
