Burnham & Co. Names Newport Office Vice President

Scott F. Calder has been named a vice president in the Newport Beach office of John Burnham & Co. Real Estate Finance. He will be responsible for the production of debt and equity financing and will assist in lender relations and the development of new capital sources. Before joining the company, Calder was vice president and director of T. Rowe Price Realty Advisors Inc.’s Los Angeles office. He has also held management positions with Coldwell Banker in Newport Beach and Los Angeles.
