Trump Loses Suit: U.S. District Judge Charles Stewart Jr. ruled that a Donald J. Trump partnership was involved in a scheme to cheat the House Wreckers Union out of pension funds by hiring illegal immigrants for a demolition job. Trump and Equitable Life Assurance Society, which had been his partner in the 1980 demolition project that made way for the glitzy Trump Tower in New York, must reimburse the fund. A lawyer involved in the case said Trump and his partners would have to pay the fund about $1 million.
