* John R. Bollington has been named senior vice president and general counsel of 20th Century Industries, a Woodland Hills-based auto- and home-insurance company.
Bollington, 55, joined 20th Century in 1975 as its litigation attorney, and was responsible for developing the company’s legal department, which now has 50 lawyers in three offices.
