Proposal to Hike State Sales Tax

Gov. Wilson is missing the point on his limited proposal to apply a sales tax to services. The most important source of revenue from this measure will be income taxes from undeclared income. How many providers of services declare the income from all services rendered? How many providers of services will have the courage to not declare income when they have collected a sales tax on that income?
