Roy Cullenbine, a hard-hitting outfielder who played for the Brooklyn Dodgers, St. Louis Browns, Washington Senators, New York Yankees, Cleveland Indians and Detroit Tigers in the 1940s, died of heart disease at Michigan’s Mt. Clemens General Hospital. He was 75.
