Czechs Market Beer for Curing Patients

PRAGUE, Czechoslovakia — A mineral beer with alleged healing abilities has gone on sale in Karlovy Vary, Czechoslovakia’s famous health resort known for its hot springs.
The new beer, bottled under the name “Doktor Bier,” is supposed to help heal patients suffering from kidney, liver and stomach diseases.
