Debt-plagued Donald J. Trump must wrap up deals with his bankers by Monday or face the prospect of losing control of his remaining assets. June 17 was the deadline set by the New Jersey Casino Control Commission to prove that he is fit to run his three Atlantic City casinos. Trump officials say an agreement is nearly complete to restructure $2 billion of debt.
