AMERICAN LEGION BASEBALL ROUNDUP : Chatsworth Remains Perfect, 14-7

Three players homered Saturday as the Chatsworth American Legion baseball team remained undefeated in District 20 play with a 14-7 victory over Quartz Hill at Chatsworth High.
Adam Pearlman, Scott Carpenter and Robert Garbo hit home runs for Chatsworth (14-0).
Right-hander Anthony Moreno (4-0) threw a six-hitter, allowing one earned run and six hits. Nestor Martinez added three hits for Chatsworth.
In other District 20 games:
Van Nuys-Notre Dame 8, Las Virgenes 4--Cesar Martinez, Glen Carson and Jasen McConaghy each had two hits for Van Nuys (11-5).
Encino-Crespi 21, Burbank South 0--Catcher Brett Farlow hit two grand slams and drove in 10 runs in a game called after five innings because of the 10-run rule.
Sepulveda 4, Encino-Crespi 3 (eight innings)--Dylan Jones scored the winning run on an infield error in the bottom of the eighth for Sepulveda. Joe Ruggiero had four hits for Encino-Crespi (12-4), which stranded 12 runners. Sepulveda is 13-3.
Woodland Hills East 8, Sepulveda 7--Stacey Kleiner had three hits and Darnell Hendricks added two hits and three runs batted in for Woodland Hills East (7-7). Brad Fullmer was four for four with six runs batted in for Sepulveda.
Granada Hills East 10, Quartz Hill 3--Cody Beaumaster (5-1) pitched 3 1/3 innings of scoreless relief for Granada Hills (9-8) and Jeff Tagliaferri added two hits.
Sun Valley 11-11, Encino-Tarzana 1-1--Raul Torres was six for nine, including three doubles and a triple, for Sun Valley (11-4).
Glendale 13, Palmdale 0--Left-hander Rob Walley (3-2) threw a one-hitter in a game called after seven innings because of the 10-run rule. Danny Gray had three hits and John Aguilar had five RBIs for Glendale (12-5).
Agoura-Oak Park 11, Panorama City 10--Damon Sterling had three hits for Agoura-Oak Park (9-7).
San Fernando 10, North Hollywood 1--Robert Garcia was three for four and drove in four runs to lead San Fernando (8-6).
GENE WAID MEMORIAL TOURNAMENT
Westlake-Royal 7, Tucson 5--Rich Naranjo had three hits to lead Westlake-Royal (14-4) to the third-place game.
