Rita M. Haeusler has been made a partner in the Los Angeles office of Hughes Hubbard & Reed. Haeusler, a civil litigator, joined the New York-based law firm in 1989. She also is a judge pro tem in the small claims division of the Los Angeles Municipal Court.
