NASA Review at McDonnell Douglas Begins: NASA officials began a 17-day visit at McDonnell Douglas Space Systems Co. in Huntington Beach to discuss design changes for the space station. Among their duties will be to review about $4 billion in contract work that has been awarded to a McDonnell Douglas-led contracting team since 1987. The review became necessary after Congress decided to scale down the cost of the space station during the past year.
