DROWNING IN GRIEF: The county is now providing special counseling for families living with the tragedy of a child drowning. . . . Since June, public health nurse Sheryll L. Bolton has visited homes where a child drowned or nearly drowned--eight this year in Orange County, making it the leading cause of death for young children. . . . “There’s guilt,” Bolton said. “Even if the parents weren’t home at the time, they think ‘I should have been there.’ ”
