Laser Precision Corp. Completes Sale of Unit

Laser Precision Corp., an Irvine manufacturer of test and measurement equipment, said Monday that it has closed the sale of its analytical division’s assets to Air & Water Technologies Corp., a New Jersey company, for about $5 million.
Air & Water Technologies, based in New Jersey, provides environmental services for air pollution control, water resources management and the disposal and reuse of waste byproducts.
