Crenshaw : Quake Awareness Seminar

Los Angeles City Councilwoman Ruth Galanter is hosting an earthquake awareness seminar for Crenshaw-area residents from 7 to 9 p.m. on Aug. 15 at Audubon Junior High School, 4120 11th Ave.
The two-hour program will provide information about how to prepare for an earthquake and what to do during and after a temblor. There will be practical tips about what supplies to store in advance and how to turn off gas and water.
